Josie Lumley
Josie joined On Purpose as the Marketing and Recruitment Coordinator in March 2022. She gets a kick out of driving sustainable development and is thrilled to facilitate others to contribute to positive change through their careers.
Prior to joining the organisation, Josie worked in children’s and adult care services for a local government.
She holds a degree in Zoology from the University of Leeds and during her time there helped to run a society on marine science and conservation. Josie has also spent time volunteering for animal wildlife charities, and in her spare time creates content for Curious Earth, an environmental news channel.
