Tom Wedell
Tom joins On Purpose following four years introducing IT and process improvement initiatives for NHS Hospitals.
Prior to this he spent two years working for a social and economic sustainability consultancy supporting clients with strategic planning and intervention evaluations.
He has voluntary experience working in a village school in the Republic of Georgia as part of the TLG programme, and assisting a small NGO focusing on the economic empowerment of marginalised communities in the Arusha region of Tanzania through the ICS programme. He returned to Tanzania to conduct field research for his MSc in Local Economic Development at the London School of Economics and Political Science.
He enjoys exercise, creativity, travel, and work with a clear social benefit.
